The One-to-One Plan

This 1:1 plan is suitable for babies from 5 months old up to children of 5 years old. 

Together we'll create a personalised, gentle sleep plan designed around your child, your parenting style and your family's needs.

 

€399 - this includes a consultation call, a bespoke plan and 3 weeks of ongoing  WhatsApp support and guidance.

You'll have support every step of the way as we make gentle, realistic changes that work for your family.

Step 1: Complete 3–4 days of sleep logs

Step 2: I analyse your child's sleep and identify what's contributing to the challenges you're experiencing

Step 3: You'll receive a personalised sleep plan tailored to your child, your parenting style and your family's goals

Step 4: We discuss everything together during your consultation call

Step 5: You'll have ongoing WhatsApp support as we implement the plan and make adjustments where needed

Step 6: Together we work through any challenges that arise so you're never left trying to figure it all out alone

The Troubleshooting Call

This 1 hour personalised, virtual call aims to provide you with expert guidance on the sleep challenges that you are facing. We will explore your child's routine and I will provide you with some practical tips that will improve your child's sleep. 

I will follow up our 60 minute call with a detailed email with notes from our call.

The Newborn Call

This 1 hour, virtual call is suitable for expectant parents or parents of babies up until 12 weeks old. You will learn how to keep your baby safe when they're asleep and help to reduce the risk of SIDS. You will be given my top tips in how to optimise your baby's sleep environment and you will discover how newborns sleep, how to use wake windows and how to instil good sleep habits from a young age. 

I will send you my handy Newborn Guide in PDF form too.

Frequently Asked Questions

 

Do you use cry it out?
No. My approach is gentle, responsive and supportive. I do not ask families to leave their baby to cry alone. We work on sleep in a way that feels safe, realistic and aligned with your parenting style.

 

Do I need to stop feeding overnight?
Not necessarily. Night feeds can be completely normal depending on your baby’s age, feeding needs and overall situation. If feeds are part of the picture, we look at them gently and realistically - not with pressure or rigid rules.

 

What if I’ve already tried everything?
That is often when parents come to me. Usually, it’s not that you’re doing anything wrong - it’s that sleep needs a fresh pair of eyes. Together, we look at the full picture and make a plan that actually makes sense for your child.

 

What age do you support?
I support babies and young children from newborns through to toddlers and preschoolers, depending on the type of support needed.

 

How quickly do families usually see changes?
Every child is different, but many families begin to see positive changes within the first few days once we understand what’s going on and make the right adjustments.

 

What happens on the discovery call?
The discovery call is a relaxed 15-minute chat where we talk about your little one’s sleep, what you’re struggling with, and whether one of my packages would be the right fit for your family.
